World Mental Health Day

Whilst on my way to the nutritionist, I discovered on radio about today being the World Mental Health Day. Abruptly, I decided to pen down my thoughts. I had to, I was important to me. With so many people talking about mental health and depression nowadays, I wanted to tell a few things too.
